1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The tk1bd website and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who holds a registered account on the Platform or uses the services.
• "Account" — A user's personal profile that enables access and transactions on the Platform.
• "Services" — Online gaming, betting, bonus offers, and other features provided through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional balance granted by tk1bd, usable under specific conditions.
• "Turnover" or "Wagering" — The total amount of bets required to be placed before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the tk1bd platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. tk1bd may request identity and age verification documents at the time of account creation or at any point thereafter. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — using the same name, address, bank details, or device — will be treated as fraudulent activity. In such cases, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of account creation, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any changes to your information must be updated promptly. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in account closure.

3 Account Security & Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not disclose this information to any third party.

• Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to the tk1bd support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Always log out after accessing your account from a public or shared device.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

tk1bd is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven to have been caused by a fault on the Platform's own part.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

All transactions on tk1bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests are sent via the applicable payment method after verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit — exceptions may apply in certain cases.
• Completing an identity verification process may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed.
• tk1bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Account Balance

tk1bd does not pay interest on account balances. Balances are for use within the Platform only and cannot be transferred to another account.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit.

• Only bets placed using bonus funds will count toward the wagering requirement.
• Bets on certain games may count partially or not at all toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• tk1bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tk1bd strictly prohibits any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited from the account, and the account may be closed.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

tk1bd's VIP program has five tiers. Users are promoted to higher tiers based on active play and receive weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. The cashback amount and distribution method may change. tk1bd reserves the right to amend the terms of the VIP program.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Policy

tk1bd operates a secure and reliable platform through fair play and SSL encryption. All games are conducted fairly and transparently.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, deception, or gaining an advantage through illegal means.
• Playing using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Attempting to interfere with or damage the Platform's security systems.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market using multiple accounts (arbitrage).

If any of the above activities are detected, tk1bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Confirmation

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless tk1bd cancels it due to a technical error.

8.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, network disconnection, or software issue, tk1bd will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable policy. In such cases, tk1bd's decision is final.

8.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section covers cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, basketball, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All bets are settled according to standard rules. Specific rules apply per market.

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

9.1 Closure by User

Any user may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance (wagering terms apply) is withdrawable before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure or Restriction by tk1bd

tk1bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• A self-exclusion request as part of responsible gaming protection.
